Before keys can be released, all required move-in items must be completed. This includes signing the lease and required documents, paying applicable move-in charges, completing required insurance requirements, and providing any outstanding documentation requested by the leasing office.

Payments are made through the online resident portal and can be funded using ACH, credit or debit cards, checks, money orders, or cash at participating retail locations, including CVS, 7-Eleven, and Walmart.

Yes. Residents are required to maintain liability insurance throughout their lease term. As a convenience, liability and personal contents coverage can be included in your monthly lease charges with our partnership with Beagle Insurance. You may also verify your proof of coverage with another insurance provider. The policy must include at least $100,000 in liability coverage and list the following entity as an interested party: FLATZ 830 LP.

Renewal options may include a shorter lease term or month-to-month arrangements, depending on availability. Shorter terms and month-to-month typically carry a premium. Renewal offers are sent to residents at least 90 days before your lease expires, contact the leasing office anytime to discuss your options.

In addition to base rent, residents are responsible for parking, internet, doorstep valet trash, pest control, package lockers, and utilities. Utility charges vary based on usage.

FLATZ 830 uses identity verification and fraud prevention screening during the application process to help protect residents, prevent fraud, and ensure applications are reviewed securely and consistently.

Rent is due on the first day of each month, with a grace period through the fourth. Late fees begin on the fifth and are assessed as outlined on your lease agreement, in accordance with Texas law. Partial payments are not accepted. Additional legal or court fees may apply if rent remains unpaid.

Residents must provide at least 60 day’s written notice before moving out, as outlined in your lease agreement. Notice can be submitted through the resident portal or to the leasing office.

Residents may request reasonable apartment modifications or accommodations by submitting a written request to the leasing office for review. Approved modifications may require the apartment home to be restored to its original condition before move-out.
