Outside of work, Stacey enjoys boating on nearby lakes with her husband and three daughters and values time spent with her family and grandchildren.
Chase Stoyshin – Assistant Community Manager
Chase Stoyshin is an Assistant Community Manager at FLATZ 830 with a strong understanding of the multifamily industry from both an operational and resident-focused perspective. He began his career with Z Modular in purchasing, where he supported various projects by sourcing materials and collaborating with development teams. Since then, he has transitioned into his current position, focusing on the long-term success for FLATZ 830 and helping create spaces that offer a better living experience for residents, both now and in the future.
Trinity Boyd – Leasing Associate
Trinity Boyd has been in the multifamily industry since 2019 and enjoys her role in leasing, especially helping individuals and families find a place they can truly call home. She takes pride in creating a positive and welcoming experience for every prospect and resident at FLATZ 830. Outside of work, Trinity loves spending time with her two baby girls. Whether it’s taking walks at the park or simply enjoying time together, family is at the center of everything she does.
Michelle Alvarez – Leasing Associate
Michelle is a dedicated Leasing Associate who is passionate about helping people find a home where they feel comfortable and cared for. Known for her friendly communication and attention to detail, she makes the leasing process smooth and welcoming. Outside of work, Michelle is a proud mom who loves spending time with her family, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and expressing her creativity through makeup.
Hector Ramos – Maintenance Supervisor
Hector has been in the maintenance industry for over 16 years. His favorite part of the job is making residents and his team happy. Outside of work, Hector loves hiking, fishing, and spending time with his dogs, who are his biggest motivation.
