Rosa Almodovar – Community Manager
Rosa has been in the apartment industry for over 12 years and earned her CAM designation in 2017. She is passionate about assisting residents and ensuring they feel happy and at home in their community. Rosa enjoys working alongside her team, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their careers. Watching the property grow and seeing residents enjoy the amazing amenities truly makes her happy. Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking, reading, cooking Sunday dinners with her family, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
Michelle Alvarez – Leasing Associate
Michelle is a dedicated Leasing Associate who is passionate about helping people find a home where they feel comfortable and cared for. Known for her friendly communication and attention to detail, she makes the leasing process smooth and welcoming. Outside of work, Michelle is a proud mom who loves spending time with her family, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and expressing her creativity through makeup.
Delaney Santora – Leasing Associate
Delaney is a seasoned Leasing Associate from Charleston, South Carolina. She brings her southern charm everywhere she goes and helps residents feel at home in our vibrant community. Delaney’s favorite part of her job is helping people find their new home. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking with her family and discovering new recipes from around the world.
Hector Ramos – Maintenance Supervisor
Hector has been in the maintenance industry for over 16 years. His favorite part of the job is making residents and his team happy. Outside of work, Hector loves hiking, fishing, and spending time with his dogs, who are his biggest motivation.
Jose Vega – Maintenance Technician
Jose has been with Zekelman Industries for about 10 years and has worked in nearly every department. He is especially proud to have been part of the construction crew for FLATZ 830. Jose loves spending time with his son enjoying water activities of all kinds. His favorite part of the job is making residents happy.
